Brief introduction of metal stamping

Metal stamping is a process which uses punchers and moulds to deform or break the stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper and other materials to achieve a certain shape and size. The stamping is an industry which covers many fields and goes deep into all aspects of cutting machines, 8 full automatic tapping machines, 4 precision surface manufacture. We have 10 punchers with continuous counting 110 tons, 8 coil stamping parts, small and medium-sized metal stamping stretch parts and grinders and 2 spark drilling machines, specializing in the production of metal precision stretch parts, metal clips, heat sinks, cnc computer gongs processed stainless steel stamping stretch parts, main products include the precisionmetal stamping moulds, metal stamping shrapnel, auto hardware accessories, pats and so on.

About Us

Zanty mainly designs and manufactures two categories of solenoids and solenoid valves including frame push-pull solenoid, holding solenoid, tube push-pull solenoid, high-frequency pulse solenoid, resersing rotary solenoid, air solenoid valve, intelligent liquid solenoid valve, proportional valve for respirator medical use and so on.
